Netanyahu will “tell the truth about heroic soldiers” at UN

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he “will refute all the lies” about Israel and “tell the truth about the heroic soldiers of the IDF” when he speaks at the United Nations (UN) early tomorrow morning (Tuesday).

Last week Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas addressed the UN and referred to 2014 as “a year of a new war of genocide perpetrated against the Palestinian people”.

He also said that Israel committed war crimes during the recent conflict with Hamas, that Israel does not want to make peace with the Palestinians and that Israeli government undermines the prospect for peace during the recent nine months when the US attempted to broker a peace agreement.

Netanyahu is due to meet US President Barack Obama while in America.
