Portrait artist’s personal connection with the Queen
Acclaimed portrait artist Ralph Heimans had the honour of painting Her Majesty in 2012 for her Diamond Jubilee, spending an hour in the monarch’s company at Buckingham Palace. The Coronation Theatre, depicts the Queen standing in the exact spot in Westminster Abbey where she was crowned in 1952.
